This is an indicative estimate, not a final quote. The final price is confirmed after a site visit. The figures cover the installation / execution service (labour, tools and equipment): materials are not included. Panama's 7% ITBMS tax is calculated and shown separately. How it works
The calculator uses Gallardía's installation rate card: the price of the execution service per unit of each activity, designed for when the client supplies the materials. On line items that are pure service — demolition, strip-out, removals, testing and cleaning — the price is almost entirely labour.
To estimate your project properly:
m² — measure length × width of the surface (floors, walls, ceilings, paint, roofs).
m — measure the running length (pipework, skirting, gutters, lintels, fencing).
u — count the pieces (doors, windows, light fittings, toilets, gates).
When you are done, download the PDF: it comes with Gallardía's letterhead, the RUC tax number, the line-by-line breakdown, the subtotal, the ITBMS and space for a signature. It is the same quotation format we hand to our clients.
What the estimate does not cover
Materials. The rate card is the installation service only. If you would rather Gallardía supplied the materials, we quote that separately.
Work not listed. If your project includes something outside the 229 activities, we assess it on site.
Special access conditions, night work, greater heights, or restrictions imposed by a condominium or corporate building, which can move the final price.
