New developments, old trees
When a new neighborhood or condominium is built, trees from the original land are often left standing. Over the years, those trees end up right against a house that did not exist when they grew. The most common requests in Arraiján are limbs over the roof, roots lifting the floor or sidewalk, and trees the development's management wants removed from a common area.
